As a result of some major updates made to Fury during the final weeks before launch, sections of the Fury Manual are no longer accurate.

You can read the original announcement here. Here is a list of important changes:

Rank: Sections within the Manual and the tutorial related to Rank are no longer accurate. Incarnation Rank (which
once governed equip points) has been removed from the game. Your Rank is now determined by your skill rating.
This makes titles much more meaningful and serves as visual recognition of actual skill, rather than time played.

Equip Points: Your Avatar now has Equip Points set at 1000, regardless of Rank, so every player is on equal
footing from the get go.

Starting Archetypes: You still select a starting archetype during the tutorial, however every starting archetype is
pre-saved in your Incarnation listing. You are also given all starter abilities and new equipment for each starting
archetype. This makes changing archetypes easier than ever.

Realms: Selecting a Realm is no longer an option, as there is now only a single Realm. For release, Fury will
feature a single Realm so all players and Clans can compete against each other.

Elimination: Elimination matches are now best of 5, instead of best of 3.

Training Grounds: A Training Grounds Bloodbath battle-type has been created, allowing new players to practice
against a mix of other new players and computer-controlled bots.

Unlocks: UAA (Unlock All Abilties) is available for purchase via the online Account Management, which unlocks
and gives you every ability in the game. There are also options to purchase smaller per-archetype packs as well.
